welcome back biggins

so its been quite some time since i have posted a blog...need to get back on track...refocus my energies in a positive way. life just gets the best of me sometimes, caught up and spit out...its time for a lifestyle change and i WILL make it happen. no more spending time in bad situations with bad people making bad decisions. i am taking full responsibility for my actions and its time i feel great about who i am! my new way of living now includes only the best that life has to offer me, think with a clear head, do right for others, be healthy in all aspects of my life. wish me luck as i know i have said this a million times but there is no more putting it off, i am counting on myself and its time to get serious.

if it wasnt for my world traveler amiga Katie Frederick none of my dreams would come true. not only is she a wonderful friend, but she gives you that extra push to stop talkin about it and actually do it! she has been to nearly every country in europe and might join me in jamaica. she recently became a travel agent, and has her own company easy euro trip. she gets you great deals on flights and hotels and then gives you ideas of places to eat drink sleep and dance. you tell her what you like and she finds the places for you to go, and shes probably been there herself.

so if youre planning a trip anytime soon please please give her a call....she just might join you :) and there is no better traveling buddy!!

i have taken a few yoga classes in my day, and its guaranteed that afterwards i always feel great about myself. the poses are difficult, i am a def no yogi master yet, but i feel more in tuned with my body, my mind is clear i have detoxed all my negitive thoughts...so why oh why do i not do it more often?? i am going to make a real concious effort to try and get at least one yoga class in a week, wish me luck on my road to enlightenment.

every last sunday of the month they offer a free class of basic yoga, i have attended that class once and plan on attending every month, oops i missed jan (im off to a great start as you can tell) the instructor was enchanting, a youthful old woman with gray hair down to the middle of her back, a huge smile on her face and love in her heart. they offer so many different types of yoga, some pretty intimidating, some fun and some for kids! check em out and maybe ill see you the last sabath of feb!
